Qualify every lead while they're still interested.
AI lead qualification uses a voice agent to ask your qualifying questions — budget, timeline, location, need — on every inbound call, and to call new web-form leads back within about a minute. Qualified leads are warm-transferred to a salesperson or booked into their calendar; the rest are logged to your CRM with notes.
Lead response time is one of the strongest predictors of conversion
Leads that wait hours for a callback have usually already spoken to a competitor. Sales teams can't call every form fill within minutes, especially evenings and weekends.
- NaracordHi Daniel, it's Ava from Northside Roofing — you just requested a quote online. Is now a good time?
- CallerYeah, go ahead.
- NaracordIs this for a full replacement or a repair, and roughly how old is the roof?
- CallerFull replacement, it's about twenty years old. We'd like it done before winter.
- NaracordGot it. I can book a free inspection with our estimator Thursday at 10 AM or Friday at 3 PM.

Lead Qualification & Speed-to-Lead in four steps
- 01
Capture the lead
An inbound call, web form, Facebook/Google lead ad or CRM status change triggers the agent.
- 02
Call within ~60 seconds
For form leads the agent calls back immediately (with the consent captured on your form), referencing what they asked about.
- 03
Ask your questions
Your qualification framework — BANT, service area, property type, case type — asked conversationally, not as an interrogation.
- 04
Route by score
Hot leads are warm-transferred or booked with a rep; others are nurtured. Everything is written to the CRM.
What the agent handles
Custom scoring
Weight answers to produce a lead score and route by territory, product line or deal size.
Live warm transfer
The agent briefs your rep ('pre-approved buyer, $600k budget, wants a Saturday showing') before connecting.
CRM write-back
Answers, score, recording and transcript land in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or Follow Up Boss.
Consent-aware dialing
Outbound calls respect TCPA, CASL and PECR rules: consent checks, calling-hour windows and do-not-call lists.
Retry cadence
Configurable follow-up attempts by call and text when the lead doesn't pick up.
Disqualify politely
Out-of-area or poor-fit leads get a helpful answer and a referral instead of wasting sales time.

Lead Qualification & Speed-to-Lead: FAQ
Is it legal to have an AI call web leads back?
In the US, the FCC treats AI-generated voices as 'artificial voice' under the TCPA, so you need the lead's prior express consent — typically captured by a clear consent checkbox on your form. Canada (CASL, CRTC rules) and the UK (PECR, TPS) have their own rules. Naracord enforces consent flags, calling windows and do-not-call lists, but you remain responsible for collecting valid consent.
Can the AI transfer a hot lead to my sales team live?
Yes. It can ring a specific rep, a round-robin group or a call queue, whisper a summary to the rep, and fall back to booking a meeting if nobody answers.
Which CRMs does it write to?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and Follow Up Boss, plus any system reachable via webhooks or Zapier.
Can I use my own qualification questions?
Yes. You define the questions, acceptable answers and scoring weights. The agent asks them conversationally and adapts the order based on what the caller has already said.
